Who is Beach Boss

Jon Lowe and Shawn Jones live in Virginia Beach, VA, and are the proud owners and operators of Beach Boss LLC and Beach Boss parent company, Ascend Marketing Group. Both former timeshare marketing executives Jon and Shawn bring more than 25 years of sales and marketing success to their first independent business venture. 

 

The 2020 COVID pandemic brought the timeshare industry to a grinding halt; as with the Great Recession of 2008, companies were eliminating whole departments, and talented, loyal employees lost their jobs.  Everywhere you looked, there was unprecedented adversity.  But from great adversity comes great opportunity. Shawn and Jon recognized that opportunity, and Beach Boss was born.

 

Beach Boss started like many other small businesses, with one location and just a handful of team members. Since opening, we have grown our Virginia Beach operation to nine locations and more than 20 full-time team members. We have established several meaningful partnerships and genuine friendships with other locally-owned Virginia Beach businesses and are proud members of the Virginia Beach business community. We are pleased to call Virginia Beach our home and have this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of so many great people. #VBelieve
